If you're in customer service and you have been trained correctly I can not understand how you can get the order wrong ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS REPEAT THE ORDER TO THE CUSTOMER nothing special but like I said maybe the trainings not there or maybe their being trained to over charge? GREAT PLACE, FRESH FOOD, EMPLOYEE'S HAVE A GREAT ATTITUDE, PEOPLE ARE VERY PATIENT IF YOU DON'T KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOU WANT THEY EXPLAIN, SUGGEST UNTILL YOUR HAPPY. Refused to help at all when they did not receive the mobile order I showed them the receipt. The associate said to figure out how to cancel it because she was not going to help. I've been on hold with Wendy's support for 20 minutes waiting for someone on the line to see if they will refund me. This kind of thing never happens at the McDonald's across the road. Service: 1
