Sushi X: All You Can Eat Sushi

My friends and I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. We were seated promptly, and the all-you-can-eat menu was easy to navigate. Our waitress was incredibly friendly and took the time to explain everything we were trying, especially since it was our first visit. The food was excellent, and the portion sizes were just right; we never felt pressured to clean our plates like at some other establishments. In fact, the smaller portions allowed us to try a greater variety of dishes, almost like a tasting experience. The ambiance was lovely, with great music playing and a warm atmosphere that made us feel relaxed enough to enjoy our meal without rushing. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

I've come across some complaints about portion sizes, staff, and leftover charges, and I wanted to share my thoughts on those points. Many all-you-can-eat sushi restaurants serve smaller portions to minimize food waste. Quite a bit of food goes to waste when customers come in overly hungry and over-order, so it makes sense for them to offer smaller servings. The idea is to sample a variety of dishes and order more if you want. We've placed six orders in one visit before—that's how it's meant to be enjoyed! My experiences with the staff at Sushi X have always been positive. However, I will note that, like many restaurants serving international cuisine, some staff may not speak English fluently. This can sometimes lead to misunderstandings, with patrons interpreting a lack of communication as rudeness when the server is simply doing their best. As for the leftover charges, which many all-you-can-eat spots implement to reduce waste, just be mindful to order only what you can actually finish. But honestly, with food this delicious, that’s never an issue for me! *I’ve only ever dined at Sushi X for all-you-can-eat, so I can't comment on the regular menu.

This used to be my go-to all-you-can-eat restaurant, but since I've moved further away, I hadn't been in years! I finally visited again, and as usual, it was delicious. The place has been renovated, and it looks fantastic!

I don't recommend this place to anyone. They force us to finish a couple of sashimi left over. Otherwise they would charge us. Worst service I have ever been and very rude.

If I could leave ZERO stars, I would. Service is mediocre...at best. I was not impressed with the quality of the rolls or the sushi. Because I left a few pieces on the plate, they charged me $8 as leftovers. Disgusting. Charging twice for something i paid for? I will never return, what poor customer service. When I expressed that I didnt like the roll I was told the ingredients are on the menu so, too bad . Gross
