Great Wall Chinese - West Haven

They never showed up on march 13th and they refunded me at 11pm when I ordered at 1pm for lunch. I called today March 15th and when I gave my address they said we’re not going to serve me and hung up on my face. Meanwhile they never brought my food the first time and now want to say their not serving me

I always come here i live in west haven the last 4 years now and this is my favorite Chinese food our of all the ones I tried in west haven.

I ordered from here the other day chicken and fries I watch the lady deal with ppls money and touch other things then had the nerve to pull out a bucket of fries from the refrigerator and take two hand fulls with the same hands she didnt wash or no gloves and put them in the fryer ! I WALKED OUT AND LEFT !! YALL GOTTA DO BETTER ! I Been eating here for a little while WINGS FOR THE MOST PART but when it comes to these nasty things I can’t do it !! Outside of the wings the food rice etc ! None of the food has any flavor very blend ! Would I recommend! NOOOOOOO

I ordered for delivery-chicken fried rice, with celery. i expected finely chopped or julienned celery-not big hunks in my rice. i also got beneless ribs-they were rock hard, greasy and terrible-i tried to eat 2 pieces of the meat, and i couldnt even chew it. the sweet and sour chicken was dry and hard-some so hard i couldnt even chew it. the only thing i liked was the plum sauce and that was canned!

My Brother And I Stopped In After Returning From Yankees Stadium We Ordered General Tsao' s Chicken Chicken Pieces Were Very Hard Pieces To Bite Chew... Not Such A Great First Time Experience... NO RESTROOM FOR CUSTOMERS ...EITHER !?! I DON'T Recommend To Eat There In Person Their Tables... , We Decided To Take The Dinner Home After A Few Bites...
