We placed a takeout order and, when we got home, we found that the beef for our Pho was raw. We called Pho 135 to address the issue, but instead of acknowledging that the beef was undercooked, they insisted it was meant to be rare and that we needed to cook it at home. Take a look at the photo and decide for yourself. They stated that if we wanted our food fully cooked, we should have ordered it to eat in the restaurant. However, their menu doesn’t mention that we need to specify how we want our food cooked. The waitress who took our order never informed us that we would have to cook our own dinner. Why would anyone pay a restaurant to prepare part of their meal? It’s like going to a burger joint and asking for a quarter pounder, only to receive a bun and a ball of raw meat. If I wanted to cook my own meal, I would have just gone to the grocery store and bought the ingredients. Since we were hungry, we ended up cooking the food ourselves, but it wasn’t enjoyable. We won’t be returning.
On the way through the city. Experience was very good. I enjoyed the spring rolls that were actually summer rolls. Rice paper packaging. Peanut sauce was really different. More hoises and a little sharp. Egg rolls were spring rolls. Very good, too. Not sure about the names. Also fried dumplings. They were delicious with the Thai chili sauce. Pho was very good, but they need more toppings in the Baggien of mint and bean sprouts. Ask for extra. Tea service was not through the pot at the cup. But free refills. I have a banh of pig meat. Very good, the prices were slightly increased, but the value was there. Enjoy!
This is my place for Vietnamese food. Is where I usually meet friends for lunch. The food was absolutely wonderful and the service was excellent. I didn't have the nerve to try the wall of glory? that is where you eat a huge bowl of the Pho in a certain time. I always get the spring rolls. The shaker and the beef are also another treat.
Absolutely Excellent Vietnamese Cuisine. Authentic and it feels like it heals you from the inside out. My personal favorites are the Noodle Bowls!
