Park Oak - West Hartford

This spot is great! We had the Chicken biscuit sliders, Atlantic Salmon w rice and aioli, and the Chicken Waffles. Everything was amazing! Sliders came with a pepper jam and pickles. Salmon was pan roasted and crispy enough to cut with just the fork. Served over rice and asparagus with a garlic aioli. Chicken and waffles... you could come visit just for this dish. Served extra crispy and juicy with soft thick waffle and maple syrup. Check this place out when you can, great menu!

Outstanding food and service. Our first visit was fantastic. The fried green tomatoes were delicious, the cocktails were delicious, and the main dishes were well seasoned. We will definitely be back!

We have been to Park Oak several times. It is spectacular!!! The food is always amazing. The service impeccable. Chef David and Manager Jeff are always fantastic. They take the time to engage with guests and ask for feedback. Tonight, we attended a Chef's Table Dinner. Had a blast! Highly recommend these events (attended a wine education evening in April and it was also terrific). Chef David and Jeff had dinner with us and it was an evening filled with great conversation and food wine. There was a couple there who travel an hour to come to this place several times a month that's how good it is! If you have not tried this place, you must! You are really missing out. This restaurant exudes a charming blend of new and old world vibes. The bar is stylishly adorned with marble and wood, creating a slightly upscale atmosphere. They offer unique menu specials on different days of the week, such as Mexico Mondays and free meals for kids on Wednesdays. On Fridays, there is entertainment to enjoy. The decor is a nice mix of wood and industrial elements. The food was superb and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, offering helpful recommendations.

I went to this restaurant with some friends for dinner and had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was great and the food was delicious. Their happy hour specials were a good deal, with $6 drinks and small bites ranging from $4 to $8. The dinner menu was also reasonably priced. The service was quick and the food was cooked perfectly. There is a small parking lot in the back, so you don't have to worry about finding street parking. There are also front and back entrances. I definitely recommend this place!
