フィードバックを提供するI've always enjoyed going to this Starbucks. Recently the employees have been extra amazing, asking for my name at the drive thru, using my name to confirm my order, and calling me by name at the pick up window. It's small stuff like that that makes me want to come back again and again. Not to mention, I'm hooked on the marshmallow dream bars. Thank you Jville Starbucks employees!
I have not been to this Starbucks location and probably over 9 months. I was hoping that things had changed for the better. I guess you can't bank on hope! I ordered a simple iced tea. While watching the staff behind the counter furiously preparing drinks and serving those who were in the drive-through, I was standing for 10 minutes before I approached one of the staff and asked where my drink was. He said he thought he had made it, but maybe someone else took it? I stood there the whole time, and he never actually made the drink. He made it right away and gave it to me. It wasn't made the way I had requested, but I was so tired of waiting I took it anyway. Every other location I have visited in the past 6 months is devolving into the exact same scenario. Drive-thru customers and mobile customers get top billing. Walk in customers are at the bottom of the barrel. Goodbye Starbucks!
I love THIS Starbucks! It 's been my home store for many years. Truth be told, I 'm a P.I.T.A. I have bad service in the area, so my mobile orders always go through 3 minutes before I get there; my drink is entirely developed by customizing an iced quad, and I 'm pretty specific with it. BUT, they have NEVER shamed me for putting my order in too late (like Bel Air, MD does literally every single time, bc I also have no service there). I always figured having some heads up was better than none? Idk, maybe not? Anyway, they always nail my drink. I 've interacted with every member of their team on one occasion or another, and they 're all fantastic. They 're professional, knowledgeable, and FAST, but still so personable and friendly! They all deserve raises (yes, literally). By far the best Starbucks, and I 've been to hundreds. No one matches their speed, consistency, and morale. Glen Mills is a close second, but these guys are it for me. Period.
Will the REAL Venti please stand up... Normally, this place get 5 Stars from me However, not this time. My husband and I love their Guava Black Tea; he prefers extra sugar, while I like it as is. Today he bought himself his usual and went back later to purchase one for me. There was a distinct, noticeable difference in cup size. Not sure if we'll be back.
It is good because it is clean and spacious. But I needed to wait to order even there was no other customer...I didn't want to interrupt quite a lengthy chat (not related to purchasing coffee nor services) between a staff and a customer while standing by to get welcomed.
