Not lot of options for menu but a cute train car reminds of an restaurant back home. More spendy then I like and on way the if going to glacier.
The charming Caboose Cafe is located just a mile from the west entrance of Glacier Park. It offers plenty of parking for RVs and boats. It’s a fantastic spot for coffee, breakfast, lunch, or a snack, and you can relax on their deck with outdoor seating. The food is fresh, healthy, and locally sourced, making it truly delicious! Prices are significantly better than those at establishments directly in front of the park. We also enjoyed the grassy area where the children could play, and the staff was incredibly friendly!
Sometimes, I enjoy going fishing, while other times, I simply love being on the water. Montana is fantastic for both activities most of the time. Getting out on the water is refreshing for the soul. Plus, Saint Nicholas is the patron saint of seafarers—definitely a nice touch!
Overall, it was a pretty good experience. There were a few minor issues with the bug screens, as some were either too small for the windows or broken, which caused a few fly problems. Additionally, the internet initially didn’t work, but I managed to fix it. On a positive note, the views here are absolutely stunning!
