Dq Grill Chill - West Frankfort

1 pm on Sunday afternoon ordered 2 hot fudge sundae s didn't have hot fudge turned on. Fudge sit on top of ice cream luke hard Carmel. Could have microwaved. Poor excuse!! The 11 am on Saturday could not change a 20.00 bill. Need better management. Or close it. Drive by in mourning s and chairs sitting on tables not turned upside upside down. Would not want to eat off these tables after been on on the dirty floor

Sent my daughter in for four blizzards. Zero out of four were worth eating. Called in and they said they would replace them. They managed to get one out of four right.

Been in DQ twice for frozen box treat in past two weeks and they still haven't made any !! Don't usually do reviews but this DQ is the worst one in our area, service is usually slow as well..Could use some management !!

I work at Dairy Queen. Rush hour sucks and we bust our butts to give customers what they want. If something is missing out of your order, bring it to a workers attention. Be patient with them because it's hard to handle 50 customers that are agitated that their food is cooked fresh and takes a little bit of time.

Paid 1.79$ for some water. Most places post if you have to pay for water. The fountain drink was just a dime more. Can't believe we paid 8.59$ for 2 small ice cream cones. One fountain drink and ice water!!?
