フィードバックを提供するI visited the drive-thru around 6 PM on a Sunday and ordered a footlong steak and cheese along with a 6-inch veggie sub. Unfortunately, I received two 6-inch subs, neither of which contained the correct ingredients. It was quite frustrating to see the staff joking and yelling while I was at the drive-thru window. I called the restaurant to express my concerns, and I was told they were just having an off day. I spoke with the manager, who assured me she would rectify the situation. She took my number and promised to call me back promptly on Monday. However, she mentioned that she couldn't issue a refund or replace the sandwiches without consulting the store owner first. It's now been 4 or 5 weeks, and I still haven't heard anything from them. I wanted to give them a fair chance to resolve the issue before leaving a review, but it seems that customer satisfaction isn't a priority at this location.
I ordered four sandwiches online for pickup and regret not placing the order in person to confirm the toppings. One of the subs had NONE of the toppings—it only had bread, meat, and cheese. It was completely missing lettuce, tomato, pickles, black olives, and jalapeños. This was my second visit, and unfortunately, it will be my last. They messed up my order the first time as well, but I thought I’d give them another chance because my granddaughter likes Subway. Overall, the sandwiches and service were the worst I’ve experienced!
This is the worst Subway I've ever been to. I attempted to visit twice this week, but the drive-thru was so slow that I ended up leaving both times. Even if you're fortunate enough to get your order placed, there's a good chance they'll get it wrong.
Arrived a little late at 9:54, but still before close (they close at 10) and the guy said he already had everything put away and was not going to take it back out. Seriously?! Change your hours if you are not going to serve customers until close!
