フィードバックを提供するI ordered a whole chicken Caesar salad, which came to about $10 with tax. Unfortunately, the container was only half full, and I expected a lot more lettuce than what I received. It honestly felt like a half portion, and I'm curious how much a true half looks like. For $10, I anticipated getting much more. The customer service was great, but the portion sizes were disappointing.
This location really needs to improve its quality control. My sandwich had just a small piece of chicken that barely covered 25% of the bread. There was only a tiny squirt of BBQ sauce, and no crispy onions at all. This isn't the first time I've had an unsatisfactory sandwich from here. I'm very disappointed.
I'm not sure if it's just this particular Panera, but the cold brew tastes like leftover drip coffee. I've tried it a few times to confirm, and each time it has a burnt flavor that's not very appealing. On a positive note, the Chipotle Chicken wrap with avocado was quite enjoyable! I'd definitely recommend that over the cold brew.
This location never has their curbside turned on, and often marks order ready and waiting when they?re still in the kitchen. The employees are lovely, but a 30 minute lunch does not leave a ton of time to wait around on something that?s marked as being ready on the pickup shelf. I waited 15 minutes AFTER the notification it was ready to head there, and my order still wasn?t ready.
They send out delivery drivers automatically instead of manually and keep is waiting 20 plus minutes for orders. Whoever is the manager needs to take their tablet off of auto and manually send us when it's actually ready, you are wasting our time and our time is money.
