Dunkin' - West Des Moines

This restaurant offers very poor quality food at high prices. I would have preferred to buy a day-old sandwich from a convenience store instead.

I am not happy with Dunkin's new normal at all. This is not the first time I have gone through the drive-thru and not received my correct order. I am frustrated with paying for something and not getting what I actually ordered. There is a big difference between a protein shake with sweetener and a bagel with egg, cheese, and bacon. This is completely unacceptable.

My apple fritter was delicious and we had good service. but the coffee the ground for our visit was not hot and my latte had a bitter taste and bad smell.

This is a good Dunkin. Staff is friendly, I don't have to worry about my coffee being different each time I order it either. They are usually busy in the morning but they handle it well.

The staff are amazing. They are friendly, funny and cheerful, thoughtful and caring.
