It took 20 minutes to make 3 drinks. Me and 1 customer. There's four people in the back. The cashier was so cognitively slow as if he were stoned or something. The other female guy has an attitude and the only one that was helpful was the girl. And I suggest getting 2 drinks get chicken wings $4.99 it is a clickbait. Buy 2 drinks and get chicken wings or chicken bites for $4.99

I didn't get her name, but the checkout night shift on Tuesday 2/21 deserves an increase. Their service was amazing and they were so sweet. Her recommendation was Mango strawberry and the blueberry limonade. We decided to go with the Mango strawberry and winter melon green tea with strawberry jelly and mango jelly. The drinks were 10/10 and I would come back to taste their other drinks.

Came here after Christmas as it was one of the few shops open past 10 pm on a weekday! The hours are incredibly for hanging out with friends late at night and the drinks are so good! I wasn't expecting super good drinks to be honest but their strawberry slush and winter melon milk tea pleasantly surprised me! Their boba was also cooked really well and the fact that it was still such a good consistency at 10 pm is worth noting. They have a huge location with lots of tables and booths for friends and family! The ambiance was great and lively and almost home-y. The workers were also super sweet and polite. The parking is super easy and you can easily get a spot right in front of the shop. I would def come back to try their other drinks! :

Came in here for the first time a while back and I just have to say how nice the employees are here. It was pretty slow at the time I went. There was literally only two other customers there. I couldn't decide what to choose and the person in the front she was the sweetest person ever! If I remember correctly here name was Angelene. She gave me two options of drinks and I had to choose one and it was amazing! If i remember correctly it was a green tea drink with lychee jelly. AMAZING! 10/10 would recommend this place.

I've been coming to the ice bar for a few years, and they recently relocated their store to a larger space which is way better, however I am not a big fan of the lighting in there, it is a bit dark. Parking is simple and wait time for boba is usually around 5 minutes. My go to drink here is the brown sugar boba and it is absolutely delicious!! The boba that also comes with it is great, and they have different boba options which are $1 toppings.I have tried their slushes/smoothies before and they're also great.Highly recommend coming here to anyone new the boba is great, service is fast and simple, and it's definitely top quality ingredients.
