Subway - West Covina

The service was extremely slow, and they even forgot my daughter's order. By the time it finally arrived, the food was cold and unappetizing. They offered a bizarre dish that resembled tacos, but was filled with sweet toppings and sauces. Who serves such a strange dish like that?

The service at this restaurant is absolutely terrible. Despite the sign on the window indicating the restaurant opens at 9am, the workers do not unlock the door until 10am as per management's instructions.

What a disappointment. This is not the first, second, or even third time - this is the fourth and final time. From rude staff to incorrectly prepared food, we finally realized that enough is enough. We will no longer be patronizing this establishment as it is a waste of time. The owner may have three other locations nearby, but we have had similar experiences at all of them. The situation is similar to the Subway at Eastland Shopping Center - just because the name is the same doesn't mean the service is. Remember to check your order to ensure you receive what you paid for.

It was good to visit this Subway location. Very clean, no waiting, and service with a smile. Though I live 5 miles away I never been to this one in my life. Great food by the way.
