フィードバックを提供するSounds like the owner would have to be more hands at the start with the director. find a new responsible manager who understands the business. had lunch in the san dimas location and it was so clean and professional. recommend this location
This is the 2nd time I've Been there and they've seated me in the bar area I asked the 2nd time not to be seen with there because there was maths sure enough there was not there flying around us trying to get on our French fries and our burgers I would never return again to that Red Robin. Also the area in the West Covina mall is very dangerous there's all kinds of homeless people walking around.
The host said there was a 20 min wait due to short staff, even though the restaurant was fairly empty. Okay expectation set, after 30 minutes wife and I were finally set down to a dirty table with other surrounding dirty tables around us. We were at our table for 15 minutes before anyone addressed us. During this time my wife and I watched the manager and two other employees talking in the walk way and giving each other high fives. Dirty floors, dirty tables, and bad service. I would give my review one star if not for the food being good, and the refill waitress was on point. Shame on me for not remembering her name but she was a short hispanic lady. She was more attentive than our actual waitress.
We had a great time reuniting staff from our old school! Food was great!
Minus one star because they did get my order wrong, however the manager there by the name of steve was very helpful and quick. This is also the reason im leaving a review of 4 stars.
