Lock the doors 20 minutes before closing time so you better get there by at least 7:30p. Waste of a trip down there and now I have a disappointed kid

I ordered thru grubhub and the restaurant forgot my chips and made the sandwich wrong. I double checked my order to make sure I hadn't done it wrong, and no, the error was on their side. I guess I don't understand how hard it is to make a sandwichcorrectly. Very disappointing.

As a first-time visitor, I was very impressed! The ingredients were fresh, well-prepared, and kept at a proper temperature. The bread was freshly baked, and there was a choice of spinach or wheat tortillas for wraps. The venue was clean and well-lit. The staff was incredibly friendly and patient! I will definitely be coming back!
