El Pollo Loco - West Covina

Instead of spending over $35 today, we only spent $6. Your app said that I need to order the phone for a discount, but their employees don't show us how to select the right items. Your application does not offer the same offer as in the store. Why?

I come here all the time despite many messed up orders and the stinginess with the salsa. Today I came here for a quick meal before I have to go into work only to see that the drive thru was closed. Totally fine! I parked my car to go inside only to be met with a locked door and an employee blankly staring at me. A lady standing outside told me they refused to communicate with her and shook their finger ?NO? at her when she gestured if she could come inside. Why not put up a sign outside saying you?re closed for the day?!!! Super unprofessional!

This place is awesome. Cashier was very friendly, the place was very clean, food was fresh, clinatro dressing tasted so good, and everyone is on point. My fav el pollo loco spot. Dont go to the one in asuza that place is dirty and people are not friendly and they can never get my order right. This place is the best in west covina

The chicken has a unique flavor that enhances the taste of the tostada. The slices of avocado and the fresh vegetables are a great deal for the money spent. The street taco also had an enhanced flavor from the chicken?????!

We are regular customers of this El Pollo Loco. It seems they forget at least every other visit. Sometimes it's the tortillas, the next time it could be the salad dress. Recently a burrito was missing. I caught that before I left the parking lot. The food quality is good and the staff is pleasant. You just have to work to make the order right.
