Taco Bell - West Chicago

They got my order wrong, overcharged me, and then blamed me for it. Instead of fixing the charge, they said they gave me extra food. They gave me 3 extra tacos after overcharging by $12. Those 3 tacos I had to throw away because the shells tasted awful like plastic packaging leeched into them.

Never get my order wrong and that's about all we can expect, so thumbs up!

Actually went to KFC/Taco Bell. Daughters had braces adjusted so we got mashed potatoes and gravy and Mac and cheese. Delicious.

This place really needs new management They’re r entire staff is teenagers, and young adults, and they do not take their job serious, the food is always cold never correct proportion of taco meat. Their chicken from KFC does not taste like the correct ingredients and no one never picks up the phone when you called to complain If they do, they tell you they’re going to mail you coupons that never show up.
