Chipotle Mexican Grill - West Bountiful

The food was way less than normal, gum stuck to the bottom of my bowl, cold, and just overall less appetizing.

We have gone to this chipotle nearly once a week for years. Recently they have been increasing prices and not allowing any modifications. Why do we walk through the assembly line I wonder? They made a big scene because my little one gets the kids quesadilla meal but won’t eat rice or beans. They wouldn’t let me just get another little quesadilla instead (which they charge for as two sides). They insisted on charging me for two additional sides even though we got no sides with the kids meal. It just feels like price gouging at this point. Go to Cafe Rio where they treat you better and will give you a nino for the kiddos.

Seemed like we interrupted all 5 workers standing around on friday. they didnt ask if we wanted it to go once we got to pay we said this was to go one of the girls looked at her co worker funny. We were rushed being asked questions from everyone like we were a bother horrible service!

Ordered food and drinks. Didn't get half the stuff, guess they didn't have it, which is okay. Still charged us for the stuff they didn't have, not ok. Then told us we can't get our money back.

Normally when I go to Chipotle I just go because they give you a lot of food when I went today they almost cut the portion in half I think this is the perfect time to boycott this location till they give us the right amount of food. So expensive for what!!! OUTRAGEOUS
