This place is top notch! Very clean, staff is very professional and welcoming! You have a wide selection of ice cream to choose! And what makes it more brilliant is the owner Neal!!!!! He's so beautiful and amazing with the kids. Love this place!!!! I want to give more than five stars. Wish the rest of the bikini Robbins were like these. I drive long ways to come here and it's worth it! Thank you. Neal for the best!!!!!!

Great neighborhood ice shop with a very personable and helpful owner. Even if the shop is incredibly busy, it always makes every person feel they have their full attention and is very patient with males of all ages. Very allergy-conscious and a great place on a hot (or anyone else! Hello!

We've visited this restaurant several times, and I hate to say it, but each visit has been chaotic, and the staff seemed overwhelmed. They have about 16 flavors, but many of them were out of stock. My friend wanted the classic chocolate chip cookie dough, but there was barely any left in the tub. When we asked for an alternative, we were told they were out of that too. I ordered a milkshake, and it was disappointingly thin—more like milk than a milkshake. The ice cream supply is often low, and it feels like they only have about half of their flavors available. The display cases are messy, with a jumbled assortment of tubs and ice in disarray. I’m surprised this place is still in business.

The man who helped my husband and I was very nice and funny. He helped us get a perfect cake for our son's first birthday. We are happy to see how it comes out this weekend!

My kids have become ice cream connoisseurs and refuse to go anywhere but the Baskin Robbins by Mene. They won’t even consider places like Dunkin' Donuts, Baskin Robbins, or Dairy Queen anymore!
