Walmart Supercenter - WEST BERLIN

Had my groceries delivered to my home and was missing three items which was a substantial amount of money . Reached out to customer service .... No response. Reached out multiple times by e mail..... No response. Worst customer service ever!!!!!

I'm giving the store the benefit of the doubt-maybe their short staffed due to the pandemic still. But the store is a hot mess. The entire women's and juniors section was horrible with clothes everywhere, clearly there is no department recovery happening and if there is, it doesn't show. I slipped on a spill at self check out that wasn't cleaned up prior to me getting there and I banged my wrist on the shopping cart mid-fall. I won't be returning to this Walmart soon .

I am not a fan if Walmart. But when I have to go, I choose this store. Quick in and out easy parking, Now the usual Walmart crowd. Clean store.

Always finding things on clearance for my granddaughter business. She's 6 now and her business is worth over 30 thousand in 2 years time. With an investment of 2 thousand to start her business. Teaching her to be her own boss early. So she doesn't got to depend on anyone ?.
