Walmart Supercenter - WEST BERLIN

Had my groceries delivered to my home and was missing three items which was a substantial amount of money . Reached out to customer service .... No response. Reached out multiple times by e mail..... No response. Worst customer service ever!!!!!

Very disappointing experience! What's going on with the cashiers? It's 9:15 PM and there’s only one cashier working. This is ridiculous! I won't be returning here again!

I was there again today in sicklerville this time and the girl there was so good she was excellent a young girl I'm sorry I didn't get her name a little blonde couldn't do enough for me couldn't help me enough didn't walk away listen to what I was saying I told one of the women there I said this is your best sales woman here right here so I do visit them frequently I love Big lots

I'm giving the store the benefit of the doubt-maybe their short staffed due to the pandemic still. But the store is a hot mess. The entire women's and juniors section was horrible with clothes everywhere, clearly there is no department recovery happening and if there is, it doesn't show. I slipped on a spill at self check out that wasn't cleaned up prior to me getting there and I banged my wrist on the shopping cart mid-fall. I won't be returning to this Walmart soon .

I am not a fan if Walmart. But when I have to go, I choose this store. Quick in and out easy parking, Now the usual Walmart crowd. Clean store.
