Mr India - West Berkshire

I tried to place an online order today, the payment was taken, but I never received any food. There was no response when I tried calling the restaurant. This is the first time I've had an issue, despite being a repeat customer.

Caution: Received no food and no response from the restaurant. Waited for 1 hour and 40 minutes and still waiting!

I ordered from this restaurant through the JustEat App and was informed that they were using their own delivery service. However, the food did not arrive until over an hour after receiving a notification that it had been delivered. Despite trying to call the store multiple times over the span of 30 minutes, they did not pick up the phone. In the end, my party decided to cook our own dinner. When the food finally arrived, it was cold and the driver did not offer any apology or acknowledgment of the delay.

They sent the entirely incorrect order to me and I phoned to explain the issue and they blamed their driver. They refused to replace the food and told me it’s not their problem. The entire order was wrong and contained meat and I do not eat meat!!! The guy on the phone shouting down the phone- never order from here!!!
