Caffe Nero - West Berkshire

Went for a coffee in neros 11am this morning , Waiting in the que for ages,as there was only one young lad serving ,,wkilse two other staff members were hiding elsewhere . Not the boys fault he tried his best on his own. I've said it before and I'll say it again,while the cafe Nero boss is on his boat sailing around the world having the life of Reilly,he should be putting customers before profits. Get more staff that actually do their job correctly

Dreadful. Long wait. I was looking forward to an iced pistachio frappe the ice was not crushed tge drink wasn’t blended just whipped cream pushed through the top. The blueberry muffin had a best past sellby texture to it. I sat at a dirt uncleared window seat.

If you like a dirty rundown coffee shop which serves your drink hotter than the sun then this is the place for you. Nice staff but the place should likely be shut down, filthy and partly feels like a building site…

There is not enough room for the pedestrian to walk in front of the shop, sometimes the car parked in front of the shop and there is room for only one person to pass trough. If Nero would not be there, their terrace and the car parked in front of the shop, you would have enough room for 6-7 people to pass through. Thank you.

Has potential to create an enjoyable ambience but unfortunately fails. Scruffy feel and disjointed seating arrangements which fail to meet the standards offered by Nero in Bath and Bristol. Do like their coffee however but better ambience available in cafes close by.
