Arby's - West Bend

They were very busy and I'm not sure if she was the manager, but she was yelling at her crew in front of customers! That's a number 1 no-no!

Nice location and well kept inside for dine-in. Arbys has great food with high-quality ingredients. Lika most places these days, the prices have inched up to where visits are more of an infrequent treat instead of a common occurrence. Basic meals for two people with medium drinks ws over $25. Cashier order taker was an older humorless lady who should smile more. I sometimes feel i am the only upbeat person in a world of grumpus's. When we left, one guy behind the counter that we didn't even deal with thanked us for our business and wished us a great day, which i appreciate enough to relay here.

Arby's of West Bend leaves a lot to be desired. My first experience with Arby's was in Woodruff Wisconsin. That was quality food. What I experienced yesterday at Arby's in West Bend was awful. Small portions limp tasteless and $20 for two sandwiches and curly fries! I Won't Go Back. If I get an Arby's craving it'll have to wait till I'm up in Woodruff Wisconsin.

Look, I get it. Probably nobody wants to work there, I get it. But if your paid to sell food, at least sell something edible. The curly fries were beyond stale/dry/hard whatever you'd like to call it. Let me put it this way if you wouldn't sell it to someone close dear to you, then don't sell/recommend it to anyone, anyone. Let alone charge them for it
