フィードバックを提供するHave been coming to location since it opened never had a problem tell today. Called in my pick up order and the person on phone said 20 mins. I show up and ask about my order cause I did not see my name on the screen. The person at the register was Johnny which was the so called manager. He told me that my order was not up there cause they could not locate my number which I order all the time same number. So finally after 45 min I get my order it?s wrong of course. The so called manager was really rude about it and did not care there was another customer complaining that her order was wrong as well. Johnny was rude to her to just wanted to give free chicken wings instead. Never Apologized to either of us then hide in the back and made the nice girl Kyla help us. If I can rate her service I would give hers 5 star but Johnny the so called manager 00000 star I hope the right person reads this and can train him On Professionalism and better customer service
I?m shocked by all the bad reviews. I?ve order 3 times from here and all orders were correct, the manager was extremely nice and when I did a delivery they were on time and texted me when they were on their way. The pizza tasted like Pizza Hut so I?m not sure what else you can ask for. It does take a few months to get a new location going and jump some of the hurdles starting up. Ther people and service was way better than some of these other local locations.
They forgot cheese on one of my 10 pizzas for a birthday party, refunded me the pizza, brought me a new one.

Pizza was 10 minutes in the cutting edge. After we take it home, we realize that the pizza is thin paper (ordered hand sat) and is dry as bone. Almost overcooked. Parts of the crust were good, but the pieces were missing, at the point where it could hardly be broken, as it was so hard. I couldn't taste a sauce. That tasted like the cheapest pizza I've ever had. It is not worth driving 5 miles back. Would not return to this place. Update: called Pizza Hütte customer service and they have made it new. Much better. While still thin, it was not dry at all. While I would not return to this place, I appreciate the customer service to make it right. Image of the disc is the first batch I believe to be overcooked. 2. Picture(in box) was the remake and was much softer and perfectly cooked.
