Wendy's - Wentzville

We bought 2- $5 bag. Service was great. Fries fresh hot, nuggets fresh hot,frosty was great, cheese burgers were cold,cheese was not melted, tasted like they were on the last minute before being time to throw away. We didn't complain. You get what u pay for I guess. I don't usually eat fast food. My husband said usually has good hot food.

This place has consistently gotten better over the last few years. New staff, but they work hard. Quality items and decent prices.

After sitting 2 1/2 hrs in Emergency room, we were ready to sit down and eat some dinner. But when we walked in and I was making my way up to counter, I heard the young gentleman say Great they just keep coming in, with us closing in 40min.” So I turned to my 80yr. Old mom, who was looking forward to her Wendy's and said sorry he was rude and we are out of here. So we went to Arby's where they greeted us with smiles and kindness.

Always get our orders right and don't have any issues ever…

Got in and out of the drive thru quick! They could break a 100 no problem! My food was hot, hot! My daughter thru a fit about her juice in a box and the man at the window quickly gave me a. Up and straw and defused that situation! Realized my 4 piece nugget wasn't there and went back through to get it and they were VERY apologetic and gave me 12 nuggets to replace the 4! Excellent service at this location! Excellent!
