Panda Express - Wentzville

The staff is welcoming, the restaurant is spotless, there are plenty of nutritious choices, and my child adores this place.

We waited 7 minutes for the noodles, then waited an additional 20 minutes for the teriyaki chicken. The manager did not apologize or address the situation, staying in the back. Many others were also disappointed, and even drive-thru customers left. It seems like they lost a lot of business due to poor management skills. This happened at a location in Wentzville, Missouri.

The food was enjoyable, I must admit. However, the employee at the drive-thru was very rude and rushed while taking my order. Additionally, there was no straw provided which was quite frustrating.

I ordered a plate with two ducks and one side. the only reason I was here was because they had no one in the queue and I ran late from my lunch break. they were out of the only things I wanted, and said that the side was considered to be tears, instead of being a waver or a waver. I couldn't justify it if I hated tears, no side got and the rest of the teller wasn't what I wanted, so when I got into the window, I asked if I could change my order to the smallest order of the huh they had. she gave me a tiny box with maybe 5 pieces of chicken for the exact same price. I told her I could have two escaped, one side tear and a drink for the same price as this 5 piece huh she said jaup last time I remember a small box chicken was $4. but I didn't eat in panda, maybe 8 years because of all the bad experiences, so it looks like it's another 8 if they're still in business. I asked for a refund. jacquelines attitude was unrealistic.

More often than not, they are rude at this location, asking for anything is a hastle. In addition to that, they always say our kitchen is closed as early as 2 hours before their scheduled closing time (posted on their building and online). Good luck getting the food you ordered. I always make sure to double check my food, they will likely not give you straws, forks, napkins, the sauce you asked for etc.Basically, if you can spare the time. Just go to the lake st louis location on ronald regan dr. That franchise owner seems to care about their business' success and the service/experience is much better. 2 stars cause theyre chicken is always cooked well.
