Arby's - Wentzville

Took My Family Of 4 To Dinner.. Ordered The New Item They Had On The Menu. Bob Was Very Helpful Professional. The Store Was Very Clean Everyone Was Nice. I Think We Found Our New Favorite Arby’s

Lines were very long, wait was even longer. Ordered the sale roast beef. Had to pay extra to add cheddar sauce. Two of the sandwiches were delivered with sliced american cheese on them. All sandwiches were a soggy mess. Will not be returning to this Arby's. Disgusting and severely overpriced for what you receive.

The cleanest Arby's I have ever visited! Very friendly staff! I ordered a Greek Gyro which, without question was prepared perfectly. I've never received one so perfectly prepared, and wrapped. At other locations, the gyro is nearly always slopped together and clumsily wrapped. This Arby's location sets the bar very high that all other locations should take note of. In fact, Arby's should use this location as a training facility. This is the first 5 stars I've ever given anyone! Well deserved!

Today the service is horrible and the employees all seem to have a “screw it” attitude.

They have been very consistently good and drive through moves quickly I would recommend
