Special thanks to Louise at the Hertford location for taking my phone order. Despite being unable to make it to the Welwyn store due to COVID, Louise was incredibly helpful and patient, assisting me in choosing the best products to help me fight the virus. I am currently on day 5 of my COVID journey and have chosen elderberrywood worm in addition to the usual vitamin C and zinc. Louise even shared her personal experience with COVID and her friendly advice was truly invaluable. Thank you, Louise!

This restaurant is amazing. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They offer great eco-friendly products, vitamins, and beauty products. Their loyalty program is fantastic. If they don't have a product in stock, they will quickly order it for you.
Served by Rim today. Lovely service. She Opened cabinet and let me take a look at crystals on offer closely, didt feel rushed or over looked. Good service. Really good prices. Thank you Will visit again
