Frog Hut - Wellsboro

I hate to say it... but a McDonald's quality fish filet sandwich for 7.95!?!? Hoppers and Poppers for 11.95?!?!These items are overpriced for what they are. May as well go to Mickey D's for the fish sandwich (for $3 [same quality] and I'm only going to get Hoppers and Poppers once (for the novelty factor ... cause for the money/quality, it ain't worth it.Service was great though.Stay with the soft serve basic burgers and you'll probably do fine.

Great pricing for old time favorites for drive in food, ice cream, and Italian ice.

Tiny shop with lots to offer.Vintage mid century independent burger shop. The place is small but the menu is huge. All kids of frozen desserts and everything from cottage cheese to frogs legs. Portions are a little on the small side but the food is delicious and the prices are low! Everyone in my group loved their meal. I had the Cuban sandwich and it was one of the best I had.

Nice place to eat in the town of Wellsboro. If you want to try frog legs they have some!

I couldn’t believe the amount of styrofoam this restaurant used. ? Even the tap water was brought in styrofoam cups, which can’t be recycled and take 500 years to break down. ? The food itself was fine very typical for the area, so not amazing but fine. But they were out of frog legs, the one novel thing they offer. Quite inexpensive definitely not using the best quality ingredients. And fast service. I’d recommend avoiding this place until they use reusable dishes, cups, etc., which they probably won’t do until PA bans styrofoam.
