Arcade Burger - Wellington

I had a fantastic experience at the restaurant! The Boss Burger was outstanding, with delicious patties that really stood out. The waffle fries were spicy and full of flavor, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained the bathroom was. The portion sizes were generous, the food was well-cooked, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Overall, everything was delightful, with just the right amount of seasoning. I definitely plan to return!

I had an incredible experience with the customer service here; the team truly went above and beyond. I ordered a meal pal, but there was an issue with the system that caused my order not to go through. However, the staff made every effort to ensure I still got my lunch and even threw in a complimentary side! The themes are fantastic, and I highly recommend the Tekken burger. I can't praise these young people enough. Thank you, John, Lewis, and Fady!

I didn't try the burger, but the chicken pieces were excellent. The fries were decent, though not as outstanding as the chicken. Overall, the portions are good for the price, especially for the chicken.

Had a beautiful burger with some amazing kumara fritten. the services were also great. although there were not so many variations in burgers on the menu.

There's potential with some improvements. Unfortunately, it's a disappointing experience as it stands. I ordered the Boss Burger for $13. This claimed to be a wagyu beef burger cooked medium. After a short 5 minute wait, I received a burger containing two very overcooked patties. They were underseasoned too, in desperate need of more salt. They reminded me of McDonald's patties, if I'm honest. A waste of what I assume started as good beef. I didn't find any bacon, despite this ingredient being advertised on their online menu. Sad, as bacon would add much needed salty smokey flavour. The bun was quite soft and chewy, different to most other burger buns and not bad, it held together well. However, a more tender burger bun would be better (the type you get at Burger Liquor for example). The pickles weren't tangy enough to counter the bland, greasy flavour of the burger. It could benefit from ketchup, maybe onions. The aioli doesn't work by itself. The cos lettuce is too limp, a crisper lettuce (like iceberg) would improve the texture.
