Ambience Cafe - Wellington

I'm koeliac and allergic to nuts. They seemed fixed on keto bread that had almond flour, so I decided to have another bread that was a sowed Gf Loaf. So good. The food was delicious with a nice salad with my chicken sandwich. Five hours later I was hit with the sharp pain, swollen belly, massively sweating and throwing up. I spent the next hours in Agonie. So something went wrong and since that was the only place where I ate something outside my house (definitely a gf home) then I can only put it on something in the meal. Maybe the dressage on the salad or the mayonnaise on the bread or cross-contamination? The nut reaction is Anaphylaxis so definitely not that

I had a nice Coeliac safe lunch in Ambience and had no side effects afterwards, so I can highly recommend all Coeliacs . The owner has celiac children and told me she could make sure everything on the menu celiac. It pays off to check in every cafe I found that the meal when it comes out is celiac safe, as in this case my meal came out and I had a feeling to ask, and when the waitress came back from the kitchen she apologised that she had forgotten to say the dick, this was a celiac meal. The owner came out and apologised my meal certainly came in a reasonable way after she explained to me that the waitress was in training. I will always ask when my food arrives, this is definitely gluten-free and coeliac safe

Great service and very friendly staff. Very good knowledge of cross-contamination problems and such. Much to choose for a celiac.

When recently diagnosed celiac disease and went through all emotions, I felt like I went into a GF, celiac heaven. The staff was extremely sensitive and aware. There is an extensive GF menu and a dedicated GF kitchen. Many employees have food allergies and are super attentive that have helped to feel again. Her cabinet food was also carved in the right GF order and the variety was huge! I'm back!

Amazing GF options, coeliac friendly, so much to choose from! Lots of cabinet food but really good menu as well
