Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill

I recently went through the swish chalet drive through in welland and got treated horribly by the wait staff at the other end of the intercom. Im 77 years old and spoke as loud as i could but was told by the 20 something year old woman you have to learn how to speak louder in the most ignorant tone she could muster. I realize its hard to find good help but i have never been treated so poorly at any other drive through window in town.

Absolutely loved this place. Fast and very friendly service. This is probably the first place I have eaten that the food actually looked like it was advertised! And tasted as good as it looked. Very impressed! I had the roast beef dinner, and my partner had the hot beef sandwich.

Tonight my family of 6 was very well taken care of by Daryl! He had an amazing charm and wit about him, very personable and funny. Had a great interaction with my niece. Thanks for the customer service Daryl! We’ll come back just to have another chat with you. The food was also delicious; hot, fresh and came in a very reasonable time frame!

We had a large group and our waiter Daryl was great! He was very accommodating, friendly funny, great with the kids and prompt with everyone’s requests! Awesome service!

My husband, daughter, grandson and I were at your restaurant last evening and had a very enjoyable experience. Jennifer was an amazing server. She made sure we had everything we needed and more. It was a five star experience for sure.Kid-friendliness: Our grandson is 2 and 3/4 with a typical attention span for that age. Jennifer, our server, gave us the crayons and games and brought our food in a very timely fashion. She obviously understands little ones. We appreciated her kind attention.
