This restaurant was recommended by out hotel where we passed 4 nights in Wedel for work; after the first night we came back for each dinner in this lovely restaurant, German typical. There is not English menu and waitresses speck little English, but with your mobile you can look for translations easily. Dishes are not too heavy or overdressed, which at the beginning we feared. Meat recommended. I found reasonable prices considering the quality, but check them before entering anyway

A pypical German restaurant with a historical charme - the owner couple is cooking and serving himself . Friendly and warm aomosphare - absolute wonderful accesoires and a very good food and cooking an its tasted perfect . we enjoy a 4 step meal - together with special wine offer and it was great .

The menu has several appealing choices, whether is it meat or fish and it also has a vegetarian option and kids menu.We had two different kinds of sausage and everything was elegantly served. The combination of the savory and sweet (apple pure and the jus) has very well balanced.One of my favorite meals while staying in Wedel.

Went for a family event in May.After some difficulties to find the reserved table we had enjoyed good service and fantastic food. First time in my life I have been asked if I prefer my aspagarous well done or al-dente (wow), food quality was awesome, Sauce Bernaise hand-made. Everyone enjoyed their food and the drinks.Younger kids (8-14 years) have limitied choice. The food may be too fancy to select from the adult card and the kid's card is more for children up to 8 years. They left hungry.We will come back for sure.
