フィードバックを提供するI visited this restaurant on New Year's Eve and sat at the bar where David and Alexa were working, and Catherine was my server. It was quite slow at first, as they seemed to let most of the staff go early to enjoy their night. That’s when I noticed things started to pick up, with no host to greet guests and just a bartender, a cook, three servers, and a manager to handle everything. Despite the hectic situation, everyone remained composed and worked together like a well-oiled machine. The food came out without any delays, and the three servers effectively managed the entire dining room. I really enjoyed the ambiance and look forward to coming back again.
I went inside to request a refund, but the manager told the staff I was being passive-aggressive about the cold wings. I insisted on a refund, but the manager refused to start the process because they were busy due to the holiday. Instead, he wanted to take my details so he could handle it later that night, but wouldn't provide any written assurance that I would receive a refund. Frustrated, I decided to cut my losses and accept the cost of the wings. It’s clear that they don’t value their customers' time. They promised to have my order ready in 18 minutes while they were busy, which was unrealistic. It shouldn’t be the customer's responsibility to realize that. It’s the staff's duty to provide an accurate timeframe, and if they can't deliver, it's the manager's job to address customer concerns seriously rather than being dismissive.
The staff is friendly and helpful. if they like large foods at a reasonable price, this is the place for them. Food: 4/5
Had the bourbon chickens garnel, seasoned well, but the hen was a frozen breast. my man had the ribs, no flesh on them. very disappointed, will not go back.
The service was excellent, and our waiter David was fantastic. The food was incredibly tasty! Food rating: 5/5.
