Walked in and there was 5-7 people staring at me and my family like everyone working there was waiting for us to order it was the weirdest thing.And the once we ordered, one person made our blizzards and the rest of the workers took out their phones infront of us and just started texting/watching short films.Blizzards where good but ,the people who work there just made it feel extremely uncomfortable.Also parking is horrible.

The food isn’t great, though the fries are pretty decent. The service is fine, but what really undercuts the whole experience is the incredibly rancid sewage smell permeating every inch of the restaurant. Looking at the reviews for this place, this has been an issue for at least 4 years at this location if not longer. Please address this cannot be healthy for your staff or customers.

Was overcharged last time, and I tried to make it right this time. I understand it's your word against my word, but don't put a bunch of kids in charge because they don't know the slightest thing about customer service or customer loyalty. I had the app to prove the error, I was here purchasing over 20 (again), and I was fine with adding a topping in lieu rather than a refund, over the hassle of calling the manager and coming back another day, as I was asked to do. Do you really think I'm going to waste my time like that over a couple bucks? Nope, you can keep the money. I'll just write this review instead and never give my business to this location again. Now it's more about the fact that kids half my age are treating me like I'm trying to defraud your location and the dispute this turned into, rather than about the itself.

I ordered a mint Oreo Blizzard with extra mint, but what I received looked more like a soup. I've ordered this item at other Dairy Queen locations and it always came to me as ice cream, so this was quite disappointing. When I inquired about how it was supposed to be served, they confirmed that this was the standard preparation. I explained that I had never encountered this issue at other franchises and they told me there was nothing they could do. This experience was frustrating because normally the menu and presentation are consistent across locations, even when customizing an order. I would not recommend this place, as the service and quality were lacking.
