フィードバックを提供するChicken sandwich was dry and chewy. Maybe was a fluke, but I expect better from a chicken restaurant. Even Burger King does a better job in my experience.

Very good customer service, and the food is hot and fresh. Try the new chicken sandwich, it's delicious. Doing a great job during the pandemic.
Ordered a 12 piece meal online. We were scheduled to pick up our food at 7:03. Arrived in drive through line at 7:03 behind 4 cars. We weren't sure if we had to wait in line for o line order, so we called store. No one answered for 3 calls over 10 minutes. Arrived at drive through window at 7:20. Our food wasn't ready. We stayed at the window until 7:25 when they asked us to move up to door. Our food came out at 7:30 in one bag. It was so full, guy had to hold the top boxes to keep them from falling off. I asked the guy if there was a different way to pick up online orders. He didn't understand, so I started to explain that there didn't seem to be any advantage to either party by ordering online. While talking to him, he got a phone call on his mobile phone, answered it, and walked away. I wasn't being rude or disrespectful. I really wanted to know if we did the process correctly, because we still waited 30 minutes for our food... I never had a chance. Store appears to be operated by young adults who couldn't care less about anything. I'll never go back. Food was as expected, some old pieces, some freshly prepared.
This KFC was my first job when I was 18, and I worked there for a month before moving on to a different job. I think the renovations inside have improved the experience for both employees and customers. The buffet setup makes it easier to serve food, ensuring it's fresher. I've never had a negative experience here.
