Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Weaverville

Went here to get some ice cream with the family. Horrible service. First my wife wanted one of the new nutter butter shacks and they said they were out of them. Then I wanted a banana split and they were out of banana's. Then we pull up to the window once we ordered 4 other items only for them to say what was your order she forgot to hit the button. WE resold them our order and after ten minutes sitting at the widow they gave us our order. My wife ordered a reece's pieces blizzard and got a reece's peanut butter cup instead and my son ordered a butterfingers blizzard and got a heath blizzard. Told them about it and she says ok hold on a minute and I said we already sat here for ten minutes. The people behind us were getting impatient and reving there engine which was really starting to irritate me so I said don't worry about it and told them they need to get there act together. Needless to say will not be going back there ever again....

Absolutely awful customer service. Waited 30 mins for ice cream while it was dead, employees chatting and talking at front register with what looked like a former employee instead of working, asked multiple times what we were waiting on/what we ordered like they couldn’t see it on the screen. Then proceeded to delete the order without finishing it and then we waited even longer. DONT STOP HERE!

Fast food is just overpriced. I had a single cheeseburger and it was $3.41. it was edible, but not great. no napkins in the bag. cashiers were acceptable, but not friendly, which seems to be the norm nowadays.

I always go to DQ for a banana split or milk shakes. The ice cream beats out all others. Go there!

Walked in there was a woman arguing with the counter help. Tables were filthy, drink/napkin station was filthy. The one person on counter went in back for a long time before waiting on us. There was literally not another soul in the restaurant. Our food was ice cold greasy. When we asked for ketchup for our floppy, cold fries, we were rewarded with a dirty look 2 packets of ketchup, for 2 people with medium sized fry orders. That sauces about 12 fries. I stuck to every surface Inl touched EXCEPT the floor that was so slick my cane slid out from under me.This location is a serious disappointment.
