Chapala Mexican - Weaverville

I have been going there for years. I have notice things have been going downhill. The table wasn't clean and when mentioned it, table wasn't cleaned. Ok, not a big deal, we can wipe the table down. The waitress was the rudest person I have ever met. We had to go to her and ask for a refill. Her response was rolling her eyes. Please keep in mind it was NOT busy. I am so sad by today's visit. This Chapala has been my go-to Mexican joint for years now! It only continues to get better and better. Absolute best Mexican food you can find anywhere. PERIOD. Come support an awesome family business and get STUFFED! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

I have had Daisy as my server three times now, and each time I've been disappointed. She's often on her phone, doesn't provide drink refills, and tends to sit down when she should be attending to customers. As someone who works as a server and assistant manager in different restaurants, I find this quite surprising. While she is nice and polite, her focus on customer service needs improvement.
