Arby's Roast Beef - Weaverville

Every time I visit this restaurant, my order is always perfect and the food tastes amazing!

I ordered sweet potato waffle fries and got regular curly fries after waiting. The sweet tea was bitter and they no longer sell chicken cordon blue. Very disappointed.

On May 10, 2020 Alex helped my family out greatly!! We were hauling horses, and we didn?t know if the trailer would fit through the drive through. We called and Alex met us at the door and took our order. The dining room was closed so this was the best he could do. He was wonderful and had our food out in a flash : thanks Alex!

I had the Smokehouse sandwich on Hawaiian bread, and it was fantastic—absolutely perfect! However, my fries didn't quite meet the same standard. I ordered the curly fries, but they were a bit cold and felt old. On a positive note, the customer service was excellent! I would definitely return whenever I'm in the area.

Good food usually, but the chicken strips are always dried out. Fries never seem to be hot. Sandwiches are good though. Can be slow sometimes. If there is more then a couple cars in front of you go somewhere else. Edit: plus everyone has always been friendly. Good service.
