Dickey's Barbecue Pit Catering

We ordered two combo meals straight from the Dickie's website and chose the delivery option. When the order was delivered, there were no drinks, a missing side, and no delivery person in sight. And there was no BBQ sauce! We called the store and they explained that they were out of one of the sides we ordered; they tried to call us, but couldn't get through--understandable, fair enough. But they just flat out forgot the drinks and then wanted US to go up to the store and get them because they couldn't send anybody to make it right. When we said we couldn't do that (whole reason we ordered delivery in the first place), he said we would have to contact Door Dash for a refund and there was nothing he could do. When I explained to him we didn't use Door Dash, didn't even have it installed on the phone, he finally said he could refund us and hung up. Moral of the story: if you cannot provide a service, don't offer it!!

This Dickey?s store produced mediocre food that was overpriced and did not include everything that was ordered on line. I selected a 6:15 pick-up time and did not receive the order until 6:55 while waiting in the car. Do not recommend this store.

Third and last time to eat there .The sliced brisket was 60% fat and the (burnt ends)were end pieces of fat off of brisket. Was looking forward to a bbq dinner and dog got most of it .

Not bad BBQ place. Clean and people are nice. My meal was ok. Brisket was dry, usually it is a lot more juicy. Sausage was good. Beans ? and coleslaw was good too.

I walked into this establishment around 230pm on a Saturday afternoon. There was maybe 1 customer inside and myself. I walked up to the counter and was told I would be helped momentarily. There were 3 ladies behind the counter. I waited almost 5 minutes without saying anything, just waiting patiently, then I told the ladies, I 'll go somewhere else , and they told me to have a good day. They acted as if I was putting them out. I took my money elsewhere, and always will in the future. Another thing, if you 're going to be in the catering business, make sure your vehicle registration is valid. The current vehicle registration expired in 2015
