フィードバックを提供するAs a frequent chipotle customer I had the most shockingly terrible experience at this place. I arrived at the site and stood in front of the line on 10/28/2022 to put a job. I stood there waiting for 10 minutes to be addressed by the employee when he was busy filling online orders. After 10 minutes he looks at me and tells me that he can't place my order because they only accept online orders, and that I would have known for the signs at the doorstep. the signs were small, and I never saw them, so I couldn't believe he didn't mention it when I stood there waiting for the time I did. I wondered why he didn't ring me and he used foul language that told me I saw the signs. he was extremely rude, was wasting my time and not apologising. he was younger, had longer, dark blonde haare and was on the higher side, but I didn't get his name. I've never had such a bad experience with chipotle. I made an email with chipotle customer support to bring this to the attention of the manager of the location, because they do not accept direct phone calls, but I am honest that they will not go through.
They intend to find a way to find online when the restaurant is ordered personally or only digitally. I will not be burned by the quality, inconvenience and waiting for a digital order. I'm completely ready to order personally, but half the time when they show up?s just digital. owners operated Chick-fil-a and Culver?s create a lot of personal. it's 7:30 on Saturday. If they don't have any employees, they can give up.
Absolutely terrible! the place is dirty, and the personal is lazy and absolutely careless. I came there 1h30min before they close, and they were out of some things (including the new steak, the reason I was there), and they said they would not do anymore. since I was there, I made another one, came home, the rice was completely uncooked. I got one first because I couldn't give no zero. I know that the business will not do anything about the various bad reviews, but I hope that people see our reviews and stop going there. Maybe they will learn.
Her heart is at the right place, her restaurant is not. last night they made a sounder for the primary school of my life. we went there and found the parking was completely full without any signs of improvement. we drove all the way around the parking lot in the hope to find a place and noticed that there were maybe 5 customers in chipotle. I don't know what the rest of the cars did, but they didn't eat it. I hope the fundraiser was successful, we left without ever parking and instead bought dinner in the food business.
This has been the worst experience I?ve had with an order of food. Online only, charged me for chips but didn?t have any. Then told to me go online to get my own refund. Also took 40 minutes to make one burrito. How can a restaurant be this terrible? I would never tell anyone to go here. I would tell people to never come here. Worst chipotle ever.
