Bojangles ' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

The food was decent, but it wasn't what I ordered. I think I witnessed an employee quitting while I was in the drive-thru, as the woman at the window was in tears. We had to wait an incredibly long time. The food was tasty, but they really need to improve their organization.

This Bojangles has consistently been poorly managed. Every time I visit, the chicken is tough and served lukewarm. The Bo Rounds are often not fresh either. They seem to let the food sit out for too long, even during peak hours. I'm really frustrated and hope they can improve.

If you're looking for seasoned fries, this isn't the place for you. The location in Canton seems to have the same issue, as they haven't been seasoning their fries either. I typically go to Bojangles for seasoned fries, but they've been falling short lately too. What's the point of calling them seasoned fries if they're not seasoned? This is also the second time they've messed up our order. I won't be returning.

Food was good but while waiting in drive thru. Whoever was running drive thru kept rushing me to complete my order I wanted a meal an a extra steak biscuit. But as soon as I told the lady what meal I wanted she instantly gave me a price before I finishedtrying to order. Then I get to the window to find out that they are out of the drink I ordered. Then I asked for bo sauce an satthere for another 2 minutes for them just to tell me they didn 't have any. So I say how bout some ranch an she said only thingis we have to charge 25 cents for that which I was fine with but I went to pull my debit card back out an the worker huffed notso silently so I told her not to worry bout it. But yeah I think I 'll just start taking myself back to Hardee 's next door as ihave the last 2 times.

What is happening to Bojangle's??? Both Waynesville locations are having serious problems. We were just trapped in line at the Hazelwood (S. Main) location for an hour and couldn't escape because of the curbs. The lobby is closed/door locked so thereisn't a restroom to use. And the payoff? A thin disk of a biscuit..
