I truly don't understand the negative reviews. My experience here was quite enjoyable. The prices were exactly what I expected for a food court in a mall. I was served quickly and with a friendly attitude. My food arrived hot and fresh.

I visited this restaurant on December 17, 2021. I ordered the seafood platter along with a drink. The fried clams were tough, the fish was overcooked, dry, and flavorless, and the hush puppies were hard and burnt. Unfortunately, the quality at this location has been declining steadily. I won't be returning.

We tried the fish sandwich, which featured well-prepared quail, and it came on a nicely toasted bun with very fresh lettuce. I would definitely order the fish sandwich again. On the other hand, the hush puppies were quite moist on the inside but a bit dry on the outside, and they didn’t come with any sauce, which I assume is necessary given their dryness. #Hushpuppies #FishSandwich #Seafood #Nathans

Ordered a Krispy chicken sandwich, my wife ate half of it before noticing the bread had mold on the bottom. Extremely disgusting and lack of care in preparation. The sales rep did not offer a full refund and instead suggested I take a refund on the sandwich only. Extremely disappointed.

If you’re going to order food just make sure that the manager Luis isn’t there. His horrible communication skills will guarantee a messed up order 2 out of 3 times. The people working there deserve better management.
