There was 5 people working here and only 1 of them was working. That young girl was working so hard while all the other workers literally watching her. God bless her and if you are reading this, please change your job. They don?t deserve you.

This place is becoming worse by the day, coffee now tastes watered down, today I ordered a hot chocolate some how it all spilled out of my hand I think the lid was loose, I went inside I told the Indian lady manager or owner I think she is, I said my drink spilled, can I get another hot chocolate, she didn’t say nothing at all and changed me again, but instead of having little bit of courtesy and give me the drink for free, it’s not about the money it’s about character, I’m every day customer there, today is my last day here no more very disrespectful!!

I explained that I cannot eat bacon due to allergy concerns, and I apologized for the inconvenience. In response, she raised her voice, insisting that cross-contamination is commonplace everywhere and that it didn't matter. I chose not to engage further. Then she began discussing me with her coworkers, prompting me to say that if this was going to be a problem, I just wanted a refund. She then insisted that I wasn’t interested in a refund because her colleagues had already prepared my order again. She reiterated that cross-contamination happens everywhere. I explained that I wouldn’t have been rude if she had simply made a new wrap given the risk of cross-contamination with raw meat. I also pointed out that this issue doesn't arise at my usual Dunkin', where they frequently change gloves, as I believe that is a fundamental aspect of food safety. Despite my concerns, they prepared the wrap again. Given their attitude and clear disregard for food safety and allergens, I felt uneasy about eating it. I will never return to this location, and I am extremely disappointed in the staff I encountered today. They not only underestimated my concerns but also allowed one coworker to berate me while she continued to gossip about me with her colleagues. I understand that food service can be challenging; having worked in it for five years myself, I find this behavior completely unacceptable.
