Simply Celia's - Wayland

It was our first visit there today, and I wish we had more time to enjoy the delicious food before their last day.

I visited for brunch on a Sunday, and my husband ordered a fantastic omelet. I opted for the blueberry pancakes, which the waitress warned were the size of a large plate! I ordered just one pancake and could barely finish it — it was delicious, especially paired with coffee. We've also tried their vegan veggie wrap, which was great to have as an option!

Wayland will never have reliable dining options. I've only managed to visit this restaurant twice in the past few years due to their inconsistent hours. Every time my schedule allows me to go, they seem to be closed. I guess I’ll just keep heading to Byron Center, Knapp's Corner, or Holland for a decent meal.

We’ve always loved Simply Celia’s. The best breakfast Quiche and Duffins (donut muffins with cinnamon sugar yes)! Always great service and an inviting atmosphere.
