フィードバックを提供するI can't give 0 stars. Ordered inside figured I'd relax and eat after work. And I waited 15 minutes for my food with only 2 other guests inside and drive thru line that didn't pass the menu. Well no biggie I'm in no rush really to be honest. But to order adouble meat and not one but 2 pieces of meat are served raw. Must say I'll start making the drive to one of the others in townfrom now on.
Very slow. I had to keep asking when my food would be ready. Other customers complained that it took over 30 minutes to get their food. They didn't have any drinks (soda machine was out of order) but didn't offer a discount on meals with no drinks.This location has a bad reputation. Another customer told us they ran out of fries and had to go and get some. The guy who tookour order was very friendly and you could tell he felt bad about the bad service.
The food is tasty, but this has consistently been the slowest Whataburger I've ever visited. Since it's located near the theater, we keep giving it another try, but I've never waited less than 15 minutes for my food, whether in the drive-thru or dining in.
This restaurant used to be decent, but recently the service has been terrible. I've visited several times over the past couple of months and I won't be returning. Each time, it has taken 20 to 30 minutes to receive our order, and it’s been incorrect every time—either we get someone else's entire order or there are missing items. My husband loves Whataburger, so we've given them more chances than we would other places, but it's become too much hassle at this point. I honestly don’t understand why people are still dining here.
The drive-thru staff member was fantastic. I really appreciate it when drive-thru employees seem like they enjoy their job. Their friendly voice made my day! I'm quite particular about my orders, so I really appreciate it when everything is correct on the first try.
