フィードバックを提供するWe've been loyal customers of Cancuns for years, and the food has always been fantastic. However, during our recent visits, I've experienced several mix-ups with my orders. Most recently, the food was completely unacceptable. The chicken fried steak and the turkey with dressing were both disappointing, and even the vegetables were not up to par. It's not the quality of food we used to enjoy. Since their move to the new location, both the food and the service seem to have declined. I'm really saddened by this, as we used to love their dishes.
The food was quite disappointing and lacked flavor. I also ordered a takeout meal and was charged extra for it, even though I didn’t receive any service or need a plate. It feels like the restaurant is just focused on making money. I won’t be going back, as there are plenty of better dining options available. It seems like Cancun’s has overlooked this.
Customer service has significantly declined since they relocated. They never answer their phones, making it impossible to place an order! When you visit in person to voice your concerns, all you receive are apologies and smiles. I will not be returning.
Food was amazing.
