Cancun's Amerimex - Waxahachie

This restaurant is amazing and has quickly become our new favorite spot nearby. The Parrillada fajitas on a sizzling platter with all the fixings were fantastic. The beef, in particular, was seasoned and grilled to perfection, tender, and delicious. The mango tea was described as the best drink ever had. The portions were generous, and we ended up taking home enough for another meal.

We absolutely love dining at this restaurant! The beef fajitas (carne asada) were truly outstanding. My wife opted for the chicken enchiladas, which were smothered in a sour cream sauce. We found out later that she could have chosen a different sauce, as the one she had wasn't very good. The service was exceptional. We will definitely return and would highly recommend this place to our family and friends.

I absolutely adore this restaurant! The food is fantastic and the staff is amazing. Every dish we have tried has been delicious every time we have eaten here. The fajitas for two with chicken, beef, and shrimp are the best in town! They are cooked perfectly and served with fresh, homemade tortillas made on site, both corn and flour. You must try the corn, it is a must-have!

Excellent! We are pretty covid cautious and eat outside only if we do restaurants. We celebrated my birthday tonight and tried this place for the first time. Their patio was amazing, with beautiful views. The waiter, Omar, was wonderful very attentive and remembered everything. The food was very yummy. No complaints here.

Everything was good! Marco the bartender was super knowledgeable and friendly. The atmosphere in the bar and patio area is lively. The beef enchiladas were very tasty. My son in love ordered the bacon cheeseburger(he doesn't like trying ne things) however it was a good size and very tasty he said (it looked very good). They serve breakfast most the the day. There is a large selection of food and drinks.
