Applebee's Grill - Waverly

The service was absolutely terrible. Three-quarters of the restaurant was empty, yet no one came to assist us at the front counter. We were told to wait 10 to 15 minutes for a table, despite the numerous open tables available. Many other frustrated customers were left waiting as well. Although there were plenty of servers running around, it was clear that the staffing issues were not the problem; it simply seemed disorganized and unhelpful from the perspective of the patrons.

A service-health experience. the personal ignored my service dog. the manager went for a difficult customer on which stood next to our, including the restore of their steaks twice. we went when they returned the third steak they had cooked for them. my steak was perfectly cooked. the food was good. friendly staff too.

For the first time in applebee’s grill in waverly. the device was clean, well ran and the server was great! we had the appetizer plate and 12 ounces. ribeye steak. everything was very good.

Worst experience we’ve ever had at a dine in restaurant. We came here to get something to eat after a sporting event, and we were the only people here. We came in and we’re seated and was told that our waiter/waitress would be by soon to get our drinks. We waited 20 min and decided to leave seeing we were still the only ones in the whole restaurant and nobody came over to our table. Once we were leaving they told us thanks for coming… we told them we sat at our table and waited for 20 min and nobody ever came to serve us.
