Abv Social - Wauwatosa

I visited this restaurant on a weekday evening during COVID-19. The place was quite empty, and the service was slow, but we decided to sit at the bar. The service there was excellent. We even requested to have the three TV sets changed to show MLB, NHL, and NBA games. We ordered salads, and I must say the buffalo chicken salad was far superior to the Caesar salad, which had good cheese but wasn't as impressive. The cheesecake was delicious, and there were plenty of drink options available.

This restaurant is fantastic! I visited for a team gathering, and we had a great time. They offer an impressive selection of beers, and the appetizers were both unique and delicious. The highlight is definitely the atmosphere—it’s open, modern, and clean. There’s a spacious feel thanks to a wall that opens up to the outdoors (with a screen). I highly recommend checking it out!

I had a fantastic lunch before heading into a beer game. The beer was cold, the prices were reasonable, and the burger was amazing. The service was quick, and the menu had a lot of great options. I can't wait to go back soon!

Always a good time here. Sat bar side for lunch and our bartender was attentive and friendly. He apologised for one of our fish dishes that didn't come with lemon and grabbed it immediately. My only complaint (not even a complaint, but more a concern). My rainbow trout with lemon caper and garlic was very oily and I couldn't have the fat spinach it came with eating. Not sure if this is as it usually comes, so I will only ask them to cut the oil next time..

Stopped for beer and appetizers. Great selection of beer on tap and in bottles. Had the Tostones, fried plantains with this amazing garlic dipping sauce. Does not get any better. I will be back.
